We had an amazing experience working with Courtnee to buy our first home. From the beginning, she was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the entire process. Since we were buying from out of state, communication was especially important, and Courtnee kept us updated every step of the way. She made the most of the time we had in Phoenix to look at homes, helped us understand each part of the process, and made everything feel much smoother and less overwhelming. We've been in our home for nearly 30 years and really had no idea how to sell it. Courtnee helped us through every step of the process and made it as stress free as possible. She even has some awesome people (roofer, electrician, etc) who she works with that took care of all of the items that needed attention to meet the buyer's requirements. Although it seemed like forever, she was able to close the deal in just over 45 days, which is pretty quick these days. We were able to close from across the country with no issues. I recently hired Courtnee to sell my house, and purchase another at the same time. This was no easy feat.  Let me just tell you, she is an amazing realtor. She knows her ropes, (and everyone else's), she's extremely communicative throughout the entire process,  she will talk you down off of every ledge you put yourself on. She stays on top of everyone through the entire process, to make sure that everything gets done, completely,  and in a timely manner. She's extremely knowledgeable of laws and regulations, and will go out of her way to help you in any way possible. She has a can-do attitude that's infectious. I sincerely wish there were more people in this world with her work ethic and positive energy. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We closed both houses on the same day,  and it wouldn't have happened without her. If you're even considering a purchase or a sale,  please, do yourself a favor, and contact her. She's truly amazing.
